Q:Senator Orrin Hatch say that we Americans have the 'Best healthcare of the world'... What you think of that?

A: No doubt all Senators, like also Bill Gates, Buffett, Magerko, Rupert Murdoch, Blavatnik, Bezos, Schulze, Cheney, etc. All American Dream products, and their pets, have the best care. They will pay for no change of the status quo. Most have a good investment in insurance companies. Sometimes I think (dogs also think) that the word DEMOCRACY to this people, like for most Republicans,  is mean to be a representation of the amount of dollars owned and not the majority of human beings.
